instructs Marsha Poucher the Registration staff - carefully observed by Ria van Ouwerkerk, who
is going to be the Local Arrangements Responsible for the 1999 Finals in Eindhoven, The
Netherlands.
Vicky from IBM Recruiting, sitting next to the Registration Desk, is waiting for the
participants to arrive.
